Loans from the Agricultural Pension Bank and the House Bank are secured.

• Guarantee of up to 50% of the loan amount for loans up to a maximum of €1.5 million and 70% of the loan amount for loans up to a maximum of €1,071 million.
• For loans up to a maximum of €300,000, Express Guarantees of up to 50% of the loan amount can be granted. The term of the guarantee is based on the loan term and is a maximum of 10 years.
