Requirement: Applicants must be based in Brandenburg and have been active in the market for at least 3 years.

In Brandenburg, planned projects are funded that contribute to the development or expansion of the applicant company's business activities. In this context, investments in tangible assets and intangible assets as well as working capital can be subsidized. Furthermore, the acquisition of company shares between independent parties can be financed. When purchasing land and buildings, a maximum of 10% of the loan amount may be used for this purpose.

Subordinate loan

• up to 100% of eligible costs
• Minimum/Maximum loan amount: €200,000 / €3.25 million
• 100% payout
• Term: up to 10 years
• Interest-free up to 5 years
• Fixed interest rate for the duration of the loan term
• Interest rate dependent on the money and capital markets and in line with the EU reference rate notification
• Interest payment quarterly in arrears
• Repayment quarterly in arrears in equal instalments
• Early repayment possible after 5 years following full or partial payment, subject to a 10 banking day notice period.
