ERP Export Financing Program

All credit institutions eligible for Federal financial credit cover (so-called Hermes cover; hereinafter referred to as financial credit cover).

Export of investment goods and services by small and medium-sized enterprises from Germany to emerging and developing countries according to the respective valid list of the Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the OECD.

• Eligibility for funding under the program is determined by the Federal Government.
• KfW also generally excludes certain projects from financing or sets conditions to be met. Details can be found in the exclusion list and sector guidelines of the KfW Banking Group.
