Support through a qualification counseling tailored to your company and funding such as the coverage of course costs and subsidies for wages. At the end of the counseling, an individual qualification strategy tailored to the needs of the company is available.

The following requirements must be met among others:

• The vocational training comprises more than 120 hours.
• The vocational training and its provider are eligible for funding.

In order for you to be able to adapt the vocational training to the needs of your business, it is irrelevant for the funding whether it is carried out full-time, part-time or part-time.

If you train your employees during short-time work, you can receive other financial support under certain conditions.

Subsidies for Training Costs

• Small businesses with up to 10 employees up to 100% reimbursement (up to 100% for those over 45 and for people with disabilities)
• Small and medium-sized enterprises with up to 250 employees up to 50% reimbursement (up to 100% for those over 45 and for people with disabilities)
• Companies with more than 250 employees (larger companies) up to 15% reimbursement. Subsidies for Wages (during training)
• Small businesses with up to 10 employees up to 75% reimbursement (up to 100% for those without a professional qualification and for training related to a professional qualification)
• Small and medium-sized enterprises with up to 250 employees up to 50% reimbursement (up to 100% for those without a professional qualification and for training related to a professional qualification)
• Companies with more than 250 employees (larger companies) up to 25% reimbursement (up to 100% for those without a professional qualification and for training related to a professional qualification)
• Companies with more than 2,500 employees (large companies) up to 25% reimbursement (up to 100% for those without a professional qualification and for training related to a professional qualification) Up to 15% higher subsidies for each size of business Plus 5% for social partner qualification agreements Plus 10% for increased training needs in your business Plus 15% for qualification agreements and increased training needs in your business
