INQA Coaching: Funding Program for the Digital Future

The INQA-Coaching program is designed to support SMEs on their journey into the digital future. With the help of the program, SMEs can develop processes that are tailored to the needs of their employees and at the same time implement the challenge of digital transformation in a future-oriented way. Specifically trained and certified INQA coaches are there to support you.

The program aims to develop learning and development processes to shape digital change innovatively. Existing advisory programs have been revised and further developed, always with a focus on practice. The tailor-made solutions from the program period serve SMEs as a basis for the future and should also support them in challenges such as demographic or ecological change.

The INQA-Coaching program is an evolution of the successful program branch unternehmensWert:Mensch plus and is funded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.

INQA-Coaching helps to find tailored solutions to concrete business needs for the personnel policy and work organization of digital transformation. The coaching is based on an agile method that enables management and employees to have a joint learning and development process. All companies with fewer than 250 employees can participate. Up to 80% of the consulting services can be taken over. The program is financed from the European Social Fund (ESF) and the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (BMAS).
