KfW ERP Digitalization and Innovation Credit (KfW Product Number 380)

The ERP Digitalization Loan is intended to support medium-sized companies, freelancers and young companies in the process of founding

• with a seat in Germany
• or abroad for subsidiaries, branches, establishments or branches in Germany.

This funding product is not applicable to applicants whose shareholders include several companies whose respective turnover exceeds the maximum limit and which are directly or indirectly involved in more than 50% of the applicant.

• The entire financing needs of an innovative company. An innovative project is considered to be the development of new or improved products, processes or services. Innovative companies include, for example, companies with above-average corporate growth, high investments in research and development or companies that have already received innovation funding.

Interest rates and terms:
Your individual interest rate is determined by your bank based on your economic circumstances and the quality of your collateral. Information on interest rates and terms can be found in the conditions overview published by KfW. The minimum term is generally 2 years.
Companies and projects in regional funding areas benefit from a particularly favorable interest rate.
Loan amount and disbursement:

• Minimum loan amount: €25,000
• Up to €25 million per innovation and digitalization project
• Up to €7.5 million per financing requirement of innovative companies
• Up to 100% of eligible investment costs and operating supplies
