• Energy efficiency and climate protection
• Preservation of biological diversity
• Sustainable water management
• Sustainable land management and energy efficiency Industrial research and pre-competitive development projects characterized by a high scientific and technical risk are eligible for funding. Eligible are individual projects of companies with competence in the above mentioned focus areas.

• Consultation support by Federal Pilot Service KMU-innovativ
• Online tool for project sketch
• Evaluation of the project sketch within two months
• After positive review of the project sketch official application
• Decision on the application within two months
• After approval payment of the funding according to project progress Details of the funding are regulated in the funding announcement of the respective technology field.
