Trade Fair Program Young Innovators

Legally independent innovative companies from industry, craft and selected service sectors with a seat in Germany.

• Max. 50 employees
• Annual balance sheet total or annual turnover of max. €10 million
• younger than 10 years Eligible for funding are the new development or significant improvement of products, processes and services as well as their market introduction.

Participation of young innovative companies in a joint stand organized by the trade fair organizer is supported. The list of eligible events includes fairs with a high degree of internationality on the exhibitor and visitor side. The fairs on which a trade fair participation at joint stands can be supported are determined annually by the BMWK.

Subsidy

• The costs for stand rental and stand construction invoiced by the organizer can be subsidized. For the first two trade fair participations within the scope of the funding program, 60% of the costs will be subsidized, the own contribution is 40%. From the third trade fair participation, 50% will be subsidized, own contribution 50%.
• The exhibitor must register with the trade fair organizer at least 8 weeks before the start of the trade fair
• Simultaneous application by exhibitor to BAFA A maximum of three participations of a company in the same trade fair within one calendar year are eligible for funding.
